Composites

Polymer composites are a very diverse group of materials that consist of two or more components. The properties of composites are never the sum or the average of the properties of its constituents. Usually, one of the components is a binder that guarantees its consistency and the other provides durability. 

Composites have many characteristics which make them unique. You can make objects of almost any shape, which allows you to use them wherever the design of products is important. The ability of using components of great strength such as carbon or kevlar fibers, allows to build constructions with a high strength-to-mass ratio. This feature has been recognized in the aviation industry quite some time ago.

Synthetic resins which are the bond of composites are also very chemically resistant. Because of that, it is possible to build devices which work in a highly corrosive environment. These features have been recognized in the chemical industry and environmental protection.

Our workshop is equipped with machines that allow you to undertake the most difficult tasks: gelcote spraying machines, resin spraying machines, vacuum pumps, compressed air lines and pultruder for glass roving.
